Store Policies
Ordering
Customers are required to pay for their orders in full upon ordering. We do not officially schedule your order until full payment is received. We do not accept partial deposits for boards.
Cancellation/ Alteration
If for any reason customers need to alter, reschedule, or cancel an order, it is required that we have a minimum of 3 day notice. Refunds will not be processed less than 3 days prior to the original order date & time.
XL Board Rental
XL charcuterie boards that have been rented must be returned CLEAN within SEVEN DAYS after pickup to receive a full deposit refund. Damaged and dirty boards will not be accepted.
Any boards left outside our door will also not be accepted. (The rental deposit is $60.)
Customer- Provided Boards
Customers who choose to provide their own boards must bring them to the shop at least three days prior to the pickup date CLEAN. We cannot accept dirty boards, marble, precious family heirlooms, or bowls.

Boxes ordered in the shop are $/LB, and made to order. You may choose all elements of your box based on the day's offerings.
Boxes pre-ordered for pickup will be made with a variety of fan-favorite cheeses, meats, spread, and all available fillers. Preferences and allergies will be noted and accommodated.

THE AFTERNOON TEA BOARD
This theme is only available March through May
Fun Fact: Owner and Operator, Madison, spent almost 7 months living abroad in London. While there, she quickly discovered afternoon tea, and how much fun it is! Now we are ecstatic to release the "Afternoon Tea" Board in hopes to bring some of the English charm to the Cape Cod Coast.
This board includes everything you need to host a tea party (except hot water and milk.) Specialty teas from the Cook Shop in Lemon Tree Village, finger sandwiches, scones with jam and butter, and decadent sweets. Not to mention a true highlight of this board, the gourmet macarons from Cape Cod Macarons!
This board is our pride and joy, and we get to support other local businesses while we make it.
